This has been an incredible season of growth for us. God has brought many new faces to our church. Our recent Newcomers Luncheon drew over ninety people! Our Children's Ministry has seen a dramatic increase in recent months….so much so that classes have been added to accommodate the growth. Our youth ministry has taken on a new name, The Ascent, which seems only fitting to reflect this new chapter in the life of our church. God is doing some amazing things in our youth ministry! We've seen the formation of a new Adult Bible Fellowship on Sunday mornings and the creation of a new ministry to reach out to moms with little ones. Our recent Fall Carnival drew a record crowd! We were literally rubbing shoulders with so many others in our parking lot. These are just a few of many highlights we've experienced in the past few months. On a recent Sunday morning, nine individuals trusted their lives to Jesus Christ, and on another Sunday, seven individuals publicly professed their faith in Christ by being baptized! I've had so many encouraging conversations with church members, and the common theme is the very real presence of The Holy Spirit's work in our church. God is doing something BIG in His church, and I can’t wait to see what He has in store.
